Paying your rent with Calico is easy.

There are several different ways you can pay at lots of places in Burnley and Padiham.

Direct Debits

The easiest way to pay is by direct debit.  This way your rent is paid direct from your bank account on the 1st or 16th of every month, without you lifting a finger. 

All you need to do to sign up for direct debit payments is collect a form our offices, or the Income Management team, or alternatively call us FREE on 0800 169 2407.

Debit Cards, Credit Cards*, Cash and Cheques

If you prefer to pay by cash, cheque, credit or debit card simply take your payment card to any Post Office or shop displaying the Paypoint sign (pictured).

(Debit/credit card payments are also accepted at our Burnley office at Centenary Court, and on FREEPHONE 0800 169 2407.  Cheques should be made payable to Calico Housing Ltd.)

*Whilst Calico accepts Credit cards as a method of payment we would always discourage our customers falling into debt.  If you choose to pay by this method, please ensure you are able to repay the amount in full on a monthly basis.

Standing Orders

Standing orders can be set up to make weekly, fortnightly, monthly or 4 weekly payments.  As with Direct Debits, to sign up for standing order payments collect a form from our offices, or the Income Management team, or alternatively call us FREE on 0800 169 2407.
